Visualize The Life You Want
I have used guided imagery for many years now.
During this time I have experienced very profound results using this technique.
It becomes very powerful when you use it with consistency, almost to the point where life begins to unfold like a movie.
In essence, guided Imagery is a form of visualizing changes you want to occur.
It can be used in all areas of your life, from your physical health and mental well being, to healing disease and even making a business a success.
But why does guided imagery work?….
The simple reason guided imagery is so powerful is because of the fact that what we continually hold in our minds tends to become our reality. Especially when we attach emotion to it.
Emotion is a powerful element when it comes to manifesting thoughts into the real world. And imagery is the basis of our emotions. Everything we do, our minds process with images.
When we recall events from our past or childhood, we think of pictures, images, sounds, pain, etc.
A particular smell, for example, may invoke certain memories in you. Maybe smelling the perfume a past girlfriend can bring back certain memories. Or maybe, going to a place where you had an accident may bring back certain feelings in your body and even initiate your fight or flight response.
Thoughts trigger emotions and emotional thoughts create our realities. We can use this process to create massive change on any level of our lives that we desire.
But there is an additional thing we have in our arsenal which adds to the reason guided imagery works so well. Science has now discovered that our minds can not tell the difference between a thought and a real life experience.
This is profound for a very important reason… [Keep Reading!->…]
"Stop Being A Victim"
At a deep level we all aspire to be more powerful people and live with more freedom and purpose.
We feel good when we have control over ourselves, respect from other people and high levels of self esteem.
Yet, most people go through life feeling inadequate and full of suffering.
The reason…
Because they go through life playing the roll of a victim.
Many people believe that others are better than them and as a result give them power over their lives and emotions, especially regarding figures of authority and people in high positions. For example doctors, government officials or people with money.
These same victim mentality people tend to blame others, institutions and governments for their situations and problems in life. They think everything happens to them and that others are at fault.
The problem with being a victim is that as long as you maintain this role you remain powerless.
Why? Because if others are at fault and we are a victim of our circumstances, then how can we possibly manage change in our lives?
The answer is that we must stop being victims.
The following are four mental shifts to adapt to begin moving towards becoming a more effective and powerful person. [Keep Reading!->…]
You Can Have Anything You Want
Creating a vision for your life is a very important aspect of getting what you want.
Like writing goals, this is a process of defining to yourself, maybe for the first time, what it is you truly desire.
In 2006, USA Today reported a study in which researchers had conducted of large group of people who had made New Years resolutions.
They separated these people into two groups. One group simply spoke about their New Years resolutions and the second group actually wrote them down.
12 months later they followed up with the two groups and what they found was astonishing.
Out of the group that didn’t write their intentions only 4% percent had achieved them. But the group that wrote them down a mind blowing 44% had accomplished them.
Once you experience the amazing power of doing this, it becomes a habit. It’s almost like having your own genie lamp, and you can make any wish you want. From relationships, to money and health, it all starts with a vision.
Here is the process I use to create visions for my life. [Keep Reading!->…]
The Om Symbol
For the last few years I have worn the “Om” symbol around my neck. I love it, and to this day, it still has a strong presence in my life. Stronger than any necklace I have ever worn.
In fact, strangely, I become aware of it multiple times throughout the day and it serves as a constant reminder of truth of this world I live in and my potential to do amazing things in it.
The symbol has a lot of meanings. The ancient vedas declared that, whoever knows this syllable obtains all that he desires.
On one hand it takes the mind beyond the immediate to what is abstract and indescribable, but also makes the absolute more tangible and comprehensive. It embraces all potentialities and possibilities, and it is everything that was, is, or will be.
In other words, it is the root of all creation. And we are all experiencing it whether we realize it or not.
But how do we harness this amazing power? And how do we use it to get the things we want in life? [Keep Reading!->…]
The Chinese Bamboo Plant Grows 90 Feet In 6 Weeks
The Chinese Bamboo is a very interesting plant.
You can take a seed and plant in the ground, water and nurture the seed for an entire year and not see even a single sprout.
In fact, you can water and nurture the seed for the next four years and still not see a sprout.
But on the fifth year, finally, a tiny shoot will spring from the ground. And over the next 6 weeks the plant can grow as high as 90 feet. Growing as fast as 39 inches every 24 hours. You could literally watch the plant grow.
So what was the plant doing during this 5 year long, seemingly dormant period?
It was growing it’s roots…
For five full years it was preparing itself for rapid, massive growth.
Without this root structure, the plant simply could not support itself for the future growth it was destined to experience.
Our own growth as humans is the same way. And our inner world is like the roots of the bamboo plant.
Before anyone can experience massive success in life or business, they must first gain control over their inner world, and work on creating a strong and resilient character. Success in anything is not about the end goal, but instead about the person you become along the path to achieving it.
But what does it mean to grow our own roots and how does one go about it?
Here are 5 powerful ways to begin developing your inner world in preparation for experiencing massive growth in your life: [Keep Reading!->…]

All great achievements start with some form of clarity about a situation.
Sadly, most people are never able to develop this clarity because they are so busy chasing external things that they fail to connect with what they should really be doing.
The truth is, nothing else can give you more power than knowing you are on the right path. It’s amazing feeling to finally connect with it. And having it makes acting in faith much easier.
But how do you tap into this information? [Keep Reading!->…]

The homing pigeon is an amazing bird…
Studies have been performed with the intention of discovering how these birds, after being transported to far away places, can invariably find their way back to their home roost.
Reseachers would put a homing pigeon in a cage, cover the cage with a blanket and then transport the bird over 1000 miles away. They would then release the bird from it’s cage and watch as the bird will fly up, circle three times to gain it’s bearings, and then head straight back to the place it came from. [Keep Reading!->…]

Blogging can be one the most difficult business models online to master. However, it can also be the most rewarding.
There is no other business model, in my opinion, that can offer the long term stability of having a successful blog with a large and loyal following. It’s a very powerful thing.
But getting there is another thing and often requires a transitioning, sometimes more than one to achieve that outcome. It’s a process every blogger, and every writer I believe goes through in order to connect with his or her true message. [Keep Reading!->…]
